A guest in Halle (Saale): In October we could finally meet our consortium partners from the EICAA project again and welcome them in Halle. In the 5th transnational partner meeting all partners presented and discussed the progress of their work packages for the development of the digital platform in the project EICAA (Entrepreneurial and Intrapreneurial Competences Assessment Alliance). The platform, with whose Competence Monitor entrepreneurial competences of groups can already be recorded and evaluated via a self-assessment, is in an advanced stage. The beta version was presented during the meeting. It is now being optimized and expanded step by step.
The focus is currently on completing the Competence Development Kit - a collection of teaching activities to promote entrepreneurial education. At the meeting in Halle, the organization of the upcoming pilot round for testing the platform was also detailed. Already at the end of November, this important phase of the project will be launched with first use cases at universities in Spain and Hungary. Further applications in Germany, Belgium and Austria, also outside the university sector, will follow.
Another success: A paper on the theoretical foundation as well as the basic structure and functions of the platform is now presented in a technical article in the journal Education Science. The paper was also presented at the OpenU International Conference "Experimenting with Online Pedagogical Resources for European Universities" in Paris.
We are looking forward to the results of the next months and thank our partners for the productive time in Halle.
